Engineering
Engineering is still where my thinking starts.
I stay close to code, architecture, and infrastructure because it keeps my thinking concrete.

Nate Clark
I have spent years working across engineering, startups, and investing, but engineering still sits at the center of how I think. Today I am the CEO of Stornamics and continue investing through Research Capital Group.

Startups
Starting tech companies has meant balancing product ambition, execution, and economics. I enjoy the work most when the technical design and the business model both hold up.

Investor
My background in economics, finance, and long-term investing has made me attentive to incentives, capital allocation, and resilience. That lens complements the engineering work and helps me think more clearly about what endures.

Today that mostly means leading Stornamics, helping shape a handful of other tech startups, and continuing to invest through Research Capital Group. I still take on the occasional consulting engagement when the fit is right.
