About Nate Clark

A founder built through startups, systems, and time.

Most of my time today is spent as CEO of Stornamics, while also staying involved in several other tech startups and continuing to invest through Research Capital Group.

The common thread is usually some mix of technical depth, product judgment, and the operating decisions that quietly determine whether a company gets stronger over time.

Before this chapter, I co-founded Infinite AI and spent several years in hands-on engineering leadership roles across cloud, platform, and cybersecurity. I still take the occasional consulting engagement.

Mostly this site is here to document how years of startups and life experience have shaped the way I think about engineering and the companies I'm involved with now.

I live in Nashville, Tennessee with my wife and son.

Bio

I started the ClarkOnCode website in 2015 as a place to think in public about startups, software, AI, and whatever else I was trying to work through at the time. I started programming young (Visual Basic 6.0 at age 14, then moving on to C++ at age 15), and engineering has stayed at the center of how I approach most problems since.

I still use this site as a place to write about engineering, startups, investing, and life as those things overlap.
